We, Richard and Jan, started AquaTech Water Services in November 2009. Richard has had long term experience working in the water industry. His expertise in designing control equipment for complicated installations has provided solutions for many individuals, and now our customers. Jan is your first point of contact when you phone the office, offering excellent customer service. We may be a new company, but our expertise has been acquired over many years, within the agricultural and engineering services.
Our customers include holiday cottage complexes, farms, activity centres, golf clubs and private homes all over Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
Our aim is to provide an excellent, efficient, friendly service, with Customer Care as our priority.
Our normal office hours are 8.00am – 5.30pm with a genuine 7 day a week breakdown service, and have an engineer on duty at all times. Outside office hours, you can leave a message on our landline or mobile answering machine and we will contact you by phone a.s.a.p.
Loss of your water system can cost a business, not only loss of earnings but loss of reputation. And so we carry a large number of spares for the equipment we look after, to minimise delays in resolving any breakdowns.
